Hmm? Well, my professional characteristics would include a strong moral ethic coupled with a flare of business integrity. With that statement said, my name is Mark C. Roberts. I have been a business owner, corporate wine and spirits buyer, wine & spirits educator, award-winning sommelier, CFA fine wine trainer, and multi-concept restaurant group beverage director.

And in a few other careers such titles as 2nd stuntman at Universal Studios Florida (circa 1990), actor, writer, stagehand, lighting director for a Vegas style variety band, private investigator, and the production supervisor for all of the custom-made glass works for the Channel Showrooms in 1990’s.

In January of this year, I returned to the set of a spin-off of the original, Walker Texas Ranger. Aptly named Walker (staring Jared Padalecki). It was a homecoming for me, as I had worked literally thirty years earlier to the month (Jan. 1993) on the original series with Chuck Norris & crew.
