Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, I followed my dreams of playing Division 1 indoor and beach volleyball at Sacramento State University. During my time at Sacramento State I volunteered for the baseball program to raise money at their annual Diamond Dinner – auctioning off items and experiences to their attendees. After becoming Big Sky MVP in 2017 and closing out my career, I began working for Bleacher Report in their NFL draft department. While sports have always been a huge part of my life, working on the other side of them made me miss my love for movement. In 2019 I decided to reignite my love for community and health by becoming a fitness instructor. Now, four years later, I have been teaching yoga, yoga strength, and HIIT at several studios such as Corepower Yoga, Studio Three, and Y7. Apart from my fitness career, this year I have pursued modeling for brands and restaurants such as High Desert Cactus Vodka and Estelle’s Social Lounge.  As an owner of two loving dogs, my next aspiration and goal is to launch my own rescue dog ranch here in Austin – helping serve APA and Austin Animal Center with their overflow.
