I’ve worked at Specs liquor store when tasting would be done I would gather all supplies  portion control prepared samples of liquor and items that sponsored the tasting .  I would also have to try to sale the items also by standing on the barrel asking customers would they like to try a sample of whatever was being sampled. Afterwards I would have to keep a itemized list of the tasting items and log it into the company computer.
