Malissa Markey has been in the industry since she was 17 years old. Working for several modeling agencies and promotional companies gave her the experience and passion to start her own business in 1992. She’s become extremely successful by understanding what her clients expectations are and her willingness to be one hundred percent devoted to the agency. She knows what it takes to make each and every event a home run.
Kimberly Sweat has been a leader in the wine and spirits industry for nearly two decades. She began working with High Profile Promotions in 2010, serving as Market Manager from 2012 to 2023, and now holds the role of Chief Operations Director for the agency. With her deep knowledge, hands-on experience, and passion for the industry, Kimberly plays a key role in driving the company’s success and strengthening its presence in the market.
Pete Everest is the newest member of the HPP team. With a background in business development and management consulting, Pete is here to help grow HPP while growing your business along the way. Pete received an MBA from the University of Texas and lives in Austin with his wife and 2 kids.
Shondra Miller joined the High Profile team as a promotional model in 2009 after graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Marketing. She became part of the management team in 2011 and has served as the North Texas Market Manager since 2013. In her free time, Shondra enjoys volunteering and fostering for local dog rescue organizations, as well as spending time with her family and her own rescue dogs.
Tracie started with HPP working as a product specialist and a promotional model and quickly worked her way up to Market Manager. She manages our biggest market covering Houston, East Texas, Central Texas, Beaumont & College Station. Tracie is capable of organizing hundreds of events on a weekly basis and never lets an event go unstaffed.
Melina started with High Profile as an independent contractor in 2015, then became a Market Manager in our El Paso/WTX region in 2020. Melina loves being able to show people why HPP has the reputation for being the best in the business. She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients and contractors, always striving to make a positive impact on her clients’ business. Melina’s clients know they are in good hands!
Born and raised in Brownsville, TX, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2008. Erika is kind, loyal, fun-loving and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys meeting new people from diverse cultures and learning about their traditions. Photography, football, dancing and traveling are amongst her passions as well.

Todd Walker, CEO and Director of Business Development has been in marketing and sales for over 30 years. Working for a variety of companies which he has conceptualized and executed multi-million dollar campaigns focusing on branding, consumer awareness and target marketing. With his extremely outgoing personality he is and was always able to “seal the deal”.
Kelly Hennigh has been with High Profile since 2008 as she has worn nearly every hat in the business. Starting out, she worked as a product demonstrator executing promotional events for HPPI on a consistent basis, she then joined the HPPI office team by working admin tasks for the agency. After a short period of time she moved to Dallas/Fort Worth where she was contracted through the agency as an agent for the next 5 years. She now resides in Houston, TX where she is now the Executive Director for KL Curatolo and the agency since 2016.
Kelly (DBA KL CURATOLO) is an Independent Contractor (1099 status) with High Profile Promotions, Inc.
High Profile Promotions, Inc. contracts DBA Tracie Prall as an agent covering Houston, College Station, Galveston, Beaumont, Victoria, Longview and West Texas. She started with the agency working as a product specialist and a promotional model. She also works multiple fundraising events for several non-profit conservation groups. Tracie is capable of organizing hundreds of events on a weekly basis.
High Profile Promotions, Inc. contracts Shondra Miller Promotions as an agent covering North Texas from the DFW Motorplex to Waco and surrounding cities. She grew up in Fort Worth, TX and earned a Marketing degree from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin in 2005. After graduating, she worked her way up to District Manager for a chain of tanning salons, and then made a move into administrative staffing and recruiting. Shondra started working for HPPI in Austin, TX as a Product Specialist working promotional events. Outside of work, she volunteers and fosters for a local dog rescue organization, helping save the lives of abandoned dogs and finding them their perfect forever homes.
High Profile Promotions, Inc. contracts DBA Erika Carpio as an agent covering Laredo and the lower Rio Grande Valley. Born and raised in Brownsville, TX, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2008, formerly the University of Texas at Brownsville. She is a devoted and proud mother of two beautiful children: Mikey and Tori. Erika has worked as a booking agent and lead on site manager for Infinity, Extraordinaire Promotions, and US Concepts. Erika is kind, loyal, fun-loving and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys meeting new people from diverse cultures and learning about their traditions. Photography, football, dancing and traveling are amongst her passions as well.

Since contracted through the agency, she has generated many client partnerships and stimulated business growth. Kim grew up in Spring Branch, Texas, just north of San Antonio and enjoys fitness, photography, music, design and adores her fur baby, Miss Piper Laine and husband, Clint. Kim holds a BA in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Sweat assisted in sales & marketing positions with RNDC & managed a promotional marketing agency, gaining valuable experience in the wine & spirits industry. Kim is dedicated and passionate about the industry. She is always interested in providing a rewarding experience and long lasting partnership with all of her clients.
Melina Hidalgo has been working for High Profile in El Paso, TX. She has provided her services as a Product Specialist for HPPI for some of the most iconic and recognized brands in the industry. This has given her the chance to increase her sales ability and has improved her confidence. She love being able to make a positive impact with consumers, and any brand she represents. Melina is always up for a challenge. She truly loves engaging people and showcasing new products, or reintroducing people to an old favorite. She has always been requested by many suppliers due to her excellent work ethic and the professionalism. She has a knack for being able to connect with people from all walks of life.
